I complained because the Les Mills class I was attending was run by an instructor who admitted he had not done Les Mills update training for at least 2 years (it is required twice a year!) Maybe they could squeeze in another floor mat area near the gym balls. Amazing staff who always smile when I'm swiping in and are always ready to help. My only criticism is that the drinks holders on some of the machines eg-treadmills, are not very clean, just a little grimy. However I have a major issue with the classes that are run as well as the management of the club. It was ideal as there is a Friday class at 5:30. The staff and instructors are lovely and always happy to help. The gym itself is great value for money and I don't actually have a problem with the gym or the staff. Staff members were a mix bag. For the price per month, this is a great gym, it has everything u need and more. If you are looking for fluffy towels and a 5 star experience this is not your place. I have recommended friends to join as staff always let us know when there are offers on joining etc which is great! Great equipment plenty of it staff are friendly only negative is there is only one dead lift platform and its always being used. I've recommend TruGym to so many friends and colleagues as well as tried numerous classes and found that I've enjoyed/challenged myself in each one. All exercise bikes not working, along with many treadmills and crosstrainers out of order for weeks. Well located gym, friendly staff very clean, some equipment showing need for repair or replacement.
